1980
  Registered as a Private Limited Firm with the name of Design Development Fabrication Company (DDFC).
 Set up a modest fabrication unit at a rented premises in Shadbagh, Lahore.
1982
 Shifted Workshop to self-owned property at Kot Lakhpat Industrial Estate, Lahore
1984
 Started hygienic grade fabrication for Food Processing & Pharmaceutical Industries. The following equipment was added for this: Dish end forming & Flanging Machine, Automatic Seam Welding machines & Distortion Removing Machine.
1985

Developed machine for polishing Stainless Steel Tanks
1986
 Developed direct expansion electric motor & diesel engine driven Milk Chilling Units.
1989
 Licensing agreement with Beel Industrial Boilers Plc, U.K. for Packaged Smoke Tube Fired & Waste Heat Recovery Boilers.
 Technical Collaboration with M/s. Dontare Ltd., U.K. for Water & Waste Water Treatment Plants.
1992
  Design and construction of first Waste Water Treatment Plant undertaken for ICI Polyester, Sheikhupura.
 First Fired Boiler manufactured.
 Technical collaboration with M/s. Lurgi GmbH, Germany for Solvent Extraction Plants.
1995

 First Waste Heat Recovery Boiler manufactured.
1997

 Re-incorporated as DDFC (Pvt.) Ltd.
1998
 Obtained the ISO 9001:1994 Quality Management certification.
 Technical collaboration with M/s. Aalborg Industries, Sweden for Water Tube Waste Heat Recover Boilers.
 Technical Collaboration with M/s. Hobur Twente B.V., Netherlands for design & fabrication of LPG Bowsers
2001
 Certified to the revised ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management standard.
 Developed in-house basic design capability for Fired & Waste Heat Recovery Boilers
2003
 First project in Oil & Gas Sector received from M/s OMV for Qadanwari site.
 Joint Venture with M/s. Ranhill, Malaysia.
 Shifted from Kot Lakhpat to expanded Engineering Works, Multan Road , Lahore.
 Acquired ASME ‘S’ & ‘U’ stamps certification
2004
 Received first major project requiring ASME stamped vessels in Oil & Gas sector with M/s. Ranhill from M/s. PPL for expansion of their LPG / NGL gas field.
 Exported largest Fired Boiler of 31 TPH @ 12 Bars (g) with twin furnaces.
2005
 Exported 5 TPH @ 10 Bars (g) Fired Boiler, S.S. Syrup tanks and Waste Water Treatment Plant to Kabul, Afghanistan.
2006
 Received order from OGDCL for Three Phase Separator in collaboration with M/S Challanger Process System-USA.
2007

 Acquired National Board ‘R’ stamp certification
2008

 Gas Filter Separators (ASME “U” Stamped) developed first time in Pakistan in collaboration with Perrry Equipment Corporation (PECO) USA, delivered to Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Ltd (SNGPL), Pkistan.
2009

 Acquired ASME ‘U2’ Stamp Certification. Coalascer Vessels (ASME ‘U’ Stamped) were designed and manufactured by DDFC in Collaboration with Perry Equipment Corporate (PECO) USA for MOL Pakistan.
2010

 Acquired Received order from SSGC, MOL, & OGDCL for Vertical Scrubbers and Knock Out Drum.
2013

 Exported 2 X 10 TPH Fired boilers to Iraq.

 Exported first Quadruplex Waste Heat Recovery boiler to Bangladesh.
2014

Received second order for Combined Cycle Plant using exhaust gases from 4 gas engines to produce 900 KW power.

Recertification of ASME Stamps “U”, “U2” & “R” .

Recertification of ISO 9001:2008 .
2015

Received repeat order for 2×1200 LTR SS316l manufacturing vessels with limpet coil, agitator, drive and instrumentation for Abbott laboratories Karachi.

3 Deodorizer vessels in SS304 with internal heating coils for United Industries Faisalabad,

8 No SS316L hygienic vessels for Pacific Pharma Lahore.

6 No SS316L manufacturing and storage vessels with heating jacket, agitator, drive and mechanical seals for Barret Hodgson.

Duplex WHRB with S.S economizer and corten steel ducting for Wartsila multi fuel engines at 10 meters below ground level.
2016

09 Nos. SS316L hygienic vessels (jacketed and non-jacketed) for Pacific Pharmaceuticals Lahore.

07 Nos. CS tanks for Pacific Pharmaceuticals Lahore.

07 Nos. SS316L manufacturing and storage vessels with agitators and U.S drives for Barrett Hodgson, Karachi.

Power Generation Combined Cycle Project:

4.5 TPH & 5.40 TPH @ 17 bar (g) with 360°C super heated steam Simplex WHRB’s coupled with MAN Turbine for power output of 1625KW.
