Certified Raw materials and components in carbon, stainless steel and higher alloys are procured from leading international manufacturers and suppliers to ensure quality reliability and trouble free operation.

- Pressure vessel grade plates, flanges and fittings to required standards.
- Isolating, control, safety & pressure reducing valves. Pressure, temperature level and content gauges. Level, pressure & temperature control loops using components of reputable brands.
- Demisters, cyclone separator tube, filters etc of specialist companies like PECO, USA & KIRK process Solutions Limited of UK.
- Delivery systems including pumps, piping, flow meters etc.
DDFC employs latest fabrication and automated welding systems to manufacture equipment complying with the specifications laid down by the code, good engineering practices and supplier know-how. Heat treatment is standard for pressure vessels requiring stress relieving due to design code requirements.
Sand/shot blasting for surface preparation and painting are carried out to customer’s specifications.
Third party Inspection and Nondestructive Testing
Approved International third-party inspection companies are employed for stage wise and final inspection of the product where required by code, regulation or customers. All nondestructive test such as the Dye Penetration, Ultrasonic Flaw Detection, Magnetic particle and Radiography tests are carried out as per requirements of the design code and / or regulations.
