30 MMCF Gas Processing Facility,
Naimat Basal.

               Fabrication, Mechanical Erection and Installation of process equipment. The scope of work included installation of Equipment weighing 200 Tons including Amine / Glycol Inlet Treating skid Amine & Glycol Contactor, Amine Exchanger & Filter skid, Amine Dehydration Reboiler skid, still Reflux Condenser, Amine / Glycol Circulation Pumps, Fin Fan Air Coolers & Control Valves. Furthermore fabrication, Installation & Refurbishment of Old & New structure weighing 30 Tons was performed along with fabrication & Installation of Process Spools weighing 54 Tons. Fabrication & Installation and process piping 3500 Dia Inch, Flushing & their allied Piping. Lastly, assistance in the Commissioning of the Plant was provided.

Pakistan Petroleum Ltd.
(PPL) LPG / NGL Processing Plant,
Phase II – ADHI.

            The PPL LPG / NGL processing plant has a capacity to produce 65-85 MTPD of LPG, 3000bpd of NGL and 23,600 m3 / hr of Natural Gas. Scope of work consisted of complete Erection / Installation of process Equipment which includes Splitter Column, Expander Separator, De- Ethanizer Column, Expander Suction Drum, Refrigeration Until, Fin Fan Coolers and other related equipment. Fabrication / erection of sheet structure weighing 200 tons. Skid Piping 10,000 of Dia inch, Plant Piping of 15,000 Dia inch and Erection / Installation of 900 M3 LPG sphere (The first ‘U’ stamped sphere in the country). Sandblasting and painting of piping structure and sphere of 14000 meter sq. NDE and Hydro testing was done for all piping systems.

Maintenance Services Annual Turn Around (2003)
of UCH 450 MMCF Gas Processing Facility: 

            The scope of work included Mechanical and Chemical cleaning of Boilers, Heat Exchangers of U tube and fixed tube type. Mechanical cleaning of vessels and columns, alignments of pumps, overhauling of MV & LV motors, Calibration and maintenance of switchgear and maintenance of pressure safety valves.
